1. Returns for Edible Products (Dehydrated Citrus)
Due to health, safety, and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for opened or used packages of our dehydrated citrus.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, broken, or if you received the wrong product, we offer a 15-day “No Questions Asked” replacement or refund. Simply email us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will immediately process a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
- Unopened Packages: If you wish to return a package that is completely unopened and sealed, you may contact us within 15 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and a refund will be issued upon inspection of the returned item.
2. Returns for Non-Food Items (Merchandise/Accessories)
If you decide to sell non-food items (like branded towels, mugs, or bar tools), the policy is simpler:
- Accepted Condition: We accept returns on unused and undamaged non-food merchandise within 15 days of delivery.
- Process: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
